Card declines are almost never about Finoha, and the reason is rarely shown to us. Work through these in order:
- Check the card details — number, expiry, security code, and especially the billing postcode, which is the most common silent failure.
- Make sure the card allows international and online payments. Your bank is in your country; the charge is from Alvin AI Studio LLC in the United States. Many cards block cross-border online payments by default.
- Look for a bank app notification. Many declines just need you to approve the payment in your banking app, or complete a 3-D Secure / SMS verification step.
- Check available funds, including any daily online-spending limit.
- Try a different card, or Apple Pay / Google Pay.
- Turn off a VPN if you are using one. A mismatch between your card country and your apparent location triggers fraud rules.
If you see a pending charge but no subscription, do not pay again. That is usually an authorisation hold that will drop off on its own within a few business days. Send us the details and we will check whether it actually completed.
Still stuck? Email info@finoha.net with the approximate time of the attempt, the last four digits of the card and the exact error message. Your bank can also tell you the decline reason directly, and it is often faster to ask them.
