Almost always one of these five. In order of how often it turns out to be the answer:
- A free or discounted trial ended. Trials convert into a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before they end. The length and the price afterwards are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Your subscription renewed. Finoha subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If you have a weekly plan, that is a weekly charge.
- You cancelled after the renewal had already gone through. Cancelling stops the next charge, not one already taken.
- Someone else on your household payment method subscribed.
- The name on your statement did not look familiar. Charges appear as Alvin AI Studio LLC or a Finoha descriptor, not as a bank you recognise.
To check: find our purchase confirmation email — it names the plan, the price and the renewal date. If you cannot find it, ask us and we will send you your current status and renewal date.
If none of these explain it, write to info@finoha.net with the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card. If we charged you in error, you get a full refund — see What is your refund policy?. Please email us before filing a chargeback; it is faster, and a dispute usually suspends the account while it runs.
